We have recently completed installation of a new 6 floor, 8 person firefighting lift in a landmark unique water tower conversion.
We recently completed a major refurbishment of a 30 year old Schindler 6 floor lift in Norwich. The customer was told that they needed a new lift as the old one was beyond repair. We are fitting a new controller, new door operator and new shaft equipment at a fraction of the cost and the lift should run for at least another 20 years.

We are an independent, family owned company based near Colchester and we serve the whole of East Anglia, London & Kent. Our staff are positioned strategically for a quick response in any area. We have more than 40 years of experience in the lift industry and our engineers are fully trained and accredited specialist lift engineers with vast experience. We do not use general engineers.
Because of our training & experience we are often able to offer a solution to a problem where others can't. We don't know of any other lift company that has the technical capability to have done some of these jobs, as we have in house capability to design & build one off or obsolete main control panels.
Our customers include housing associations, nursing & retirement homes, private flats through management companies, hotels, charities, offices, factories and private individuals. Because of our reputation & contacts through years in the industry we are also often asked to help other lift companies with technical issues.
By being better we save our customers money. We normally resolve most breakdown calls within the first hour. This means a lower bill for our customers than somebody who is unsure and taking longer.
